How do I track my order?
Tracking numbers will be provided to customers via email once product is shipped.
What are your delivery options?
We use (Domestic U.S. only) Standard Shipping services at this time.
Please allow up to 7 to 10 regular business days and for special pre-0rders up to 15 regular business days from your order date to process your order for shipping. All orders are processed Monday through Friday only.
Shipping Methods and Fees
Shipping Fee: Fixed Amount (does not include any local, state, county and/or sales tax)
We use all Credit cards including Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express as well as Pay Pal.
We reserve the right to correct any errors and omissions including inaccuracies, after an order has been submitted, and to change and or update information at any time without prior written notice.
What is your returns policy?
We will accept merchandise in its original condition for a refund of the purchase price.
Merchandise must be accompanied with the original receipt and/or invoice.
All full price merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Customer is responsible for all returned shipping costs.
Any merchandise that has been worn, used, altered and/or damaged will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at our sole discretion.
Exchanges are not accepted at this time.
